Yes, it can be that easy.
You can actually change your life in the 10
minutes it takes to mindfully sip a cup of
steaming and soothing hot tea.
Changing your life starts by
changing your thoughts.
In the tranquil moments spent sipping and
surrendering you can be on your way
to the
life of your dreams.
While you are sipping, and with the power of
your mind, you can create your perfect world
– you can go there daily, and with enough practice, you can go there in an instant.
Tea Time becomes Me Time -
- time for prayer, meditation, stress release,
visualization, imagination, or simply time to shut down the busy mind and tune in to sounds
of
your own inner voice.
Dharlene can show you, your group, your company, your church, or your organization
just how easy all this can be
– and she brings the TEA!
She has written 101 healing prayers
to enjoy with a cup of tea.
Please enjoy this one.
SERENI–TEA
In peaceful repose, I breathe in all that I am.
I marvel at the simplicity and
purity of divine serenity.
From this place of perfection I am undisturbed.
I am calm and refreshed – most unperturbed.
I see God, I feel God, I hear the word.
Clearly and calmly, I am one with this Force.
I am intact; I am whole, pure and good.
I see the reflection of my own perfection;
no defects and no deficiencies.
Nothing can diminish the goodness
and the Godness of me.
In serenity and with deep gratitude
I realize God is all of me from within me.
So with ease and grace I surrender my pace.
I have nothing to fear; there is no race.
No rush, no hurry, no finish line.
Every day I know victory in the arms of the Divine –
my giver, my deliverer, the provider of bliss.
I need for nothing; the aches are all gone.
My soul is free to be all that it is –
love is all it can be,
and that’s good
enough for me.
Amen
